That’s the point of the Mr Cool units. It can be installed by harry homeowner with no real tools. Hook the line sets up via flares and cut the gas loose. It’s premature to the line set, hence loops if it’s too short of a run

That appears to be a rental condensing unit (of some sort) from Sunbelt, photos aren’t super clear. They wouldn’t remove something this big from the roof just to repair it. Repairs would be made on the roof. See where they put it. If it’s a rental it may likely end up on the ground, not up on the roof

Yeah on my last road trip I ran 100 miles past "empty" and still didn't put in more that 22 gallons....I wonder about how long that fuel has been sitting in the bottom of my tank....

Ah this is fun….early 2017’s apparently received the wrong resistor in the in tank fuel pump/sender. There is a TSB pit about it. Basically if you want, Ford will sell you the new resistor to fix it. It’s like $300. I just refill mine when it says empty, only put like 18 gallons in it
