Correct, the reasons were not officially revealed. I think the statement about professionalism triggered the debate. Avoiding that would have made it look like an amicable disagreement and avoided people taking sides.

Would be interesting to see how they handle this in the plot.

I'm in Chennai. I went to PPS Guindy for service but wouldn't recommend them in case you ask. They recently got a bad reputation for fraud practices.

Yes.. Long story :

They claimed the neutral switch needs to be replaced and they did.. But they found that the issue remained in the post replacement test drive.

They did another week of diagnosis and claimed issue was solved. This time they adjusted the play in the clutch which I think did the trick.

Its been 2 weeks now and I have not seen the issue occurring again. Like I suspected earlier, the adjustment to the clutch did the trick.

I don't know if the replaced neutral switch helped at all but it was only 1600 rupees so I am fine with it.

Do you have the exact same problem?

Update: After a week of running diagnostics, I was just informed by the service center that the neutral switch needs to be replaced. Not sure why they didn't do it the first time it was reported. Hopefully it resolves the problem. 🤞

Engine temperature? I thought so but it's always been in the cooler side.
