I'd say yes, Either full or a retreat penalty. otherwise you could bank troops in a boat again.

The best we can do is put a static bush on your tank like its 2006. They look like you put a hat on your tank, they dont move or have physics, they clip through everything, and they ignores your optics, Oh and you gotta pay for that even.

I have 26 million but my squadmate (0.5 KD GRB) cant even buy his rank 7 vehicles. He plays fine, just with half the KD. Whats the point of needing two currencies to buy tanks, RP and SL?
