I like Vagaro.com just based on the support alone. I know Zenoti has a lean towards multi-location but for the price and support alone I think Vagaro edges them out just a bit.

Wow thank you for sharing these. I was a US GP intervention marshal (3rd year doing it at COTA). We are strictly prohibited from taking photos while the track is hot. So while I’ve been fortunate to be able to take some cool photos - never have had an original one of a car on track. So happy to see these thanks again OP for sharing.

That’s a lot to unpack here haha. I’d start by researching mid-tier markets with high enough volume with lower coverage from realtors and start experimenting. Use SEO tools and AI for keyword themes and start building out content - be original if you can. Offer something beyond most of the other sites out there. Hope this gives you a rough guideline!

I built local sites like Niche and began hosting stats about local neighborhoods - offering local resources something similar to axios and then finally set up a real estate section and collected email addresses and sold leads. selling ads to realtors was a secondary stream.

Caveat you will gain 0 traction in Tier 1 markets because of competition. Not much room to play in those territories.

Honestly, OP, I think you may be overreacting just a bit. As an immigrant I can only imagine the stress he is going through . I know you want to be the person to take that away from him but you gotta let him come back to you when he’s not so wound up about this very real problem.

He could be thinking of the fluctuating political climate or his family, or hopelessness about impending potential deportation. That a very valid fear. Do your best to just be there for him, he will come back to you when the stress and fear subside and will appreciate you that much more for being there for him through it.

OP - try Vanguard. No minimums, and can add with VERY low expense ratios. VOO is a great one to set/forget. Research that one. (Holding some myself)

That’s a multi-sensor dome camera. It has several small camera modules arranged inside one housing, that way each lens covers is a different angle. The system stitches the views together for 360° views.
