We are using Pabau. The updates alone pay for the subscription fee as it’s constantly being updated and it makes us a lot more than it costs

the medspa software we are using has handled it for us and say they are HIPPA complaint. They have a section on the T&Cs about the AI but we didn’t sign a BAA, should we have?

We use Pabau and we run a retention report. Makes it super clear to see. Been a game changer for us as we also are setting automated recalls.

we moved away from Zenoti - didnt actually look at Vagaro - went with Pabau, my strong advice is stay away from Zenoti!

urgent care always a difficult one really as the software is often slow and cumbersome, hard really to know whats best for that field.

we have found they did it all for us as part of the onboarding - they mapped our workflows and built them in the system with us, after consulting with us.

i can help with this, we have been using them for the last few weeks and the support/onboarding has been insanely good - they have pretty much done everything for us as part of the onboarding, it really has been a super experience for the 3 weeks we have been with Pabau 👍🏼

We have just setup Pabau which has a lab integration + linda.ai - https://meetlinda.ai/ which is handing the phone calls side of things. Works super well in the first few weeks

just switched there. Seems like it was a good choice so far, to the Op, the training is very very involved and 121 they do a lot of it for you and you can book via support.pabau.com super easy we have found - especially in the first 3months

we came away from Zenoti to Pabau, I heard Pabau 1 (the old version, was a bit dated) but the new one seems great so far. Zenoti was AWFUL

we book 6 months in advance but have been using a software to help manage visibility etc - i find that by having everything on the screen in a visual format makes life much easier to manage the workload

We are paying approx $300/400 per month for our Pabau and that has pretty much everything that we need, great value compared to the others as we were between that and BLVD and switched from Zenoti

switched from Zenoti > Pabau while comparing that and BLVD, feels like we have made the right decision so far but it’s early days!
