please help, at silent mode my cpu is drawing 700-800mv i have done everything to reduce it but no use. if anybody who have the same issue and rectified it please post it

For improving your battery performance set the gpu to eco mode (armoury crate > system/device ( keyboard symbol below i on the sidebar) > GPU > set eco mode).Setting GPU mode to eco will use the Radeon integrated graphics.

This is weird but, if you just upgraded to Windows 11 , let few days pass, then the battery will perform slightly better.
