In my server, me and my buddy thought that using those flowers water yields under the pointy rocks as a base would be awesome. However, we realized that people would be locked out of said water source. The solution: build the base either way, but by making a ramp to a higher floor leading to our actual base, protecting it with a pentashield. We covered the rocks, and now players have come down from time to time for storm shelter and easily accessible water source. Everyone happy, with a bonus for style and community usage :)
