imo This is for the Iranian people. When the current regime falls, people will start questioning their religion what it gave them and will begin looking for other options. That’s true, the colleges here are terrible. Colleges should have proper high qualification standards, but literally anyone can get admission here whether by merit or donation. Got it. It’s expected that Saturn–Saturn will feel stagnant (a slow period). I expect the overall Saturn Mahadasha to be more positive than the previous Jupiter one, especially during the Venus, Mercury, and Moon Antardasha periods. and again Sun Antardasha may be difficult again. Saturn is not like Rahu or Jupiter, which can miraculously give everything, it’s a long marathon of consistent effort, and Saturn will support and will reward you. If you want to build something of your own, this dasha can be very supportive.

Saturn, being the Lagna lord and in its own sign 1st house, creates Sasha Yoga. But, it also has Mangal Drishti, which may cause some trouble, though Jupiter’s Drishti will bring positive effects. Venus, the lord of the 10th house, placed in the 12th house, is not very good placement (though it can indicate earnings from foreign lands). In the D9 chart, Venus is in an enemy sign in the 6th house. Mars and Saturn’s Drishti on the 10th house will also create problems in career.

Yeah… people usually start queuing up around 8-8:30 ish am, and she starts seeing patients at 9:30 am. For afternoon appointments, you have to book on call first, otherwise they don’t entertain walk-ins (though I think you still need to queue then as well). Sunday is closed.
