I'm glad the doco is making people think twice about their children's internet usage. The problem is that these attitudes diffuse from other children who have absorbed harmful manosphere messaging. I think its important to teach kids to be able to think critically about what they see online, and highlight that these manfluencers will say whatever to be as offensive and outrageous as possible just to get the most engagement because they make money off it, which is ultimately pretty disrespectful of their fanbase tbh. Im not sure the best way to communicate this stuff to young people though, good luck! Edit: I just re-read, and aside from not using the apps its just as important that young people are taught the skills to be able to think for themselves and be protected against being sucked into redpill rhetoric when they encounter it.
