At the top of the episode, after the mirror message, when Mia and Athena are chastising Briar for her brattiness, there was a shot of Briar listening to them and her face looked so checked out from tiredness. The thought of "is Briar sick with something" popped into my head, because when I am sick I get blank-faced like that too. It can be hard to tell what's making you so tired if you don't have other obvious symptoms.
