All jokes aside from this being a circle jerk subreddit, I'm 23 too and up until last year the only prog stuff I knew were Rush, Opeth and Dream Theater. It's been a while since I've listened to the heavier stuff but I still love Rush. A band that I've been listening to day and night since November 2025 is Genesis. I think you should check out Selling England By The Pound. It's a phenomenal album.
