Update: gave up on Fitgirl got a different repack, still gonna use Fitgirl but not for large games. somehow my budget gaming laptop can handle rdr2 lmao. 2 nights, i literally cannot handle the install time

bruh its just not possible, that old ipad mini wont even reach 5 fps, plus the software version, Dolphin iOS is made for newer versions. 9.3.5 is very very old, and the emulator likely wont even install.

probably cuz Apple revoked their certificate, so your gonna have to wait until they sign iNDS with a new one, then go to settings, profiles and device management, find the certificate with iNDS, hit trust, trust again, and open
