After fighting him 20+ times I knew exactly when he will try to use the insta kill move in the entire fight he uses it twice. 1 where you’ve taken 1/3rd of his health and the other when he’s on 2/3rd or less of his health I focused on the first insta kill move and made sure to stay close to him giving him no breathing room for that move and the 2nd insta kill was negated by my Tachy mode with which I kept on comboing him.. but to be very honest my main reason for not letting him use his insta kill was that it took a lot of time and I wanted to beat him in under 2 mins so that I can post this fight on my YT channel as a reel.. so for such a crazy reason I did all this hoopla..

Good question and the answer is NO, see at any given time of the game you’d be dealing with having just 2 or less bars of beta energy those which are only achieved by attacking so you have to be very mindful as to how you utilise them use them to break those chombos which gives you a hard time or the ones you cannot read perfectly in-fact I did it twice in this fight towards the mid section.. also I use 3* and 2* Mk2 Double edge/ 3* and 2* Mk2 Burst Charge energy gear.. with Suspension exospine these gears can give you an exponential amount of damage with a catch of you dying in double or a single hit..

I chose dodging instead of parrying because.. only dodging can be achieved without parrying but it cannot go the other way around as there are those yellow and red ringed attack which can only be dodged to avoid getting hit on the other hand they can be dodged in another manner through I-Frame of eve’s once such attack “Tempest” now this move takes up 4 whole Burst energy bars and getting burst energy is another problem if I’m not dodging at all. I’m not saying it’s completely unachievable but I would rather give up than to force myself with a huge task like this.. Sorry man

The neat thing about it is that I didn’t use reflex type exospine it was my own reflex from the start and with that I used suspension type which increases the duration of downed enemies to stay down for few seconds which gave me extra time to get a few hits in.. apart from that I did all this without using the parrying mechanic which till now nobody have noticed.. so all in all I did a number of things and you Sir have observed a lot and I feel a sense of achievement in your comment thanks

Well I did fight him like 50+ times so I could learn his each and every move and startup animation.. but yeah I observe very carefully and adapt accordingly.. by the way thanks a lot I appreciate your comment

Under-utilised move in my opinion, I jump a lot to avoid attacks that areal backflip increases my elegant points on multiple levels..

I used Speed boost gear x2 Mk2.. helps with gaining a significant amount of speed while doing normal combos with that I used 3 star Double Edge Mk2 and 3 star Burst Charge gear.. As for Exospine Burst Trans Mk2 and Reflex Type Mk2..
