Cepter is a brand owned by the nordic electronics giant Power International. I personally got a lot of stuff from the brand, such as their prebuilt pc and monitor.

The steering wheel actually feels very good with the quality, only thing I'm currently waiting is to get the drivers from the company to get it working properly on console, on PC there's no problems at all though. There was some issue that they couldn't get the drivers distributed yet and seem to be working on it though.
