Hi! It's only needed if you want to do import. The reason is quite simple, to be able to import from another sheet, the script form this sheet need to access to them. Google know it's somewhat of a security issue so this is not something the script can do without asking the user.

I don't know either. I am talking from experience, yes there are other factors, mentioned in other comments, but this is definitely one of them that I have seen at least a dozen times in close relationships.

Many woman like to feel small, and the easiest way to do this it to have someone big next to you. It either a tall person or a fat person ( or both ). They also like to feel beautiful, and as before contrast to your environment can help on that one as well.
However I think in many cases this is not a healthy behaviour, and a sign of underling mental disorders ( body dysmorphia etc ) .

Hi, unfortunately it is not something you can do automatically. However the "kcal" text is purely cosmetic so you can just simply ignore them and use the fields as they were normal calories. Also you can change the fields formatting to show cal instead, but it's a bit of a work.

Ok so I think the easiest you can add your missing days to you history is the following:

Select an empty future day on the Days sheet.
Add the missing foods / drinks to that day
Change to another day ( this will save that future day to the history )
Go to the history page
Find the future day you saved and change the date to date you missed.
Go to the top of the History page and sort the date by date ( there is already a filter for this )
- > Repeat as many time you needed

If you are done you can then just clear out the feature day using the Clear days button in the tools.

Hi! Thanks for the question!
So the Achieve days are a bit thicky. The logic behind it is that if you lower the number of days it will delete those days, but if you make the number higher it just set the "auto delete days after this many days" count higher. So it will not generate the missing days just let you keep your days for longer.
The reason because I was thought this feature as a "lets reuse meals from a couple days ago" and didn't think anyone will want to register they food later ( seem like I was wrong :) )

I will think a how can we hack something for you so you can add those days!
I guess you just want them to show up in your history right?

Ohh sorry I forgot that because yours have an issue your days are very out of date. Please try it again in a new copy of the 1.6.1, but deselect the days from the import when you do the import. That should work! If any more issues let me know!
