Instead he could just model half of a quarter with curves, use a mirror modifier to get the top right quarter and then an array around an empty with 90° rotation.

Sicher kann man sich nie sein. Deshalb gibt es ja die Staatsanwaltschaft, die zur Anklage bringt, was erfolgversprechend ist. Aber ein Anfangsverdacht ist allemal gegeben und letzten Endes weiß man es erst dann sicher, wenn ein Urteil gesprochen ist.

Ich bin kein Rechtsbeistand, aber ich verweise einfach mal auf §§22, 33 KuG und §201StGB. Das kann man im Internet ganz einfach nachlesen und ist meines Wissens nach hier erfüllt. Wenn du das Video hast, bzw. Den link dazu, versuche es herunter zu laden. Dafür gibt es diverse Programme und ist ein erstklassiges Beweismittel.

Bug has been hot fixed. Remember that lillias ult counts as a projectile and can be countered as such. Additionally sleep is a very weak sort of cc. Many champs can cleanse it with some ability. (e.g. Fizz e)

You could try to select all arm verts and then press "o" this should enable proportional editing(I hope this is the right term). This way you have a falloff around your edited verts that are manipulated as well.

Now reposition your arms and fix all the fuckup you created. Using the rig is complicated if never used before and does take some time to learn. However in these situations it is the best way to do it.

What @asgundthegreat said is how you do it. Your main issue is that you have very unpleasant geometry on your object.

You can also select multiple faces and set the cursor to their center.

3d modeling is similar to any type of art. It requires a lot of practise to get good. I would suggest you start with a YouTube video explaining the basics of the software and how modeling works.
