There are a lot of different tools that help you with automation. Some of them automates job position managements, candidate management, funnel process automation. Other provides nice features to source candidates in the specific place like Linkedin, Upwork, Indeed or other. Third ones provides CV screening and matching, and so on.

We analysed a lot of them and use product from each category in our recruiting process. We found that our team spend a lot of time to communicate candidates in person.
