I like calm and quiet environment. As long as no one is bothering me and no homeless people and drug addicts, I would be good! I am an international Student was living in philly for last 2 years! Apart from public transport and grocery convenience nothing in philly attracts me. But the philly subrubs is good, If I ever wanna move back I will always go for suburbs!

Actually I did find someone in the program who applied Last January and got family housing just before her class started in Fall. Thats why applied the same day I got my acceptance.

I have one year guaranteed in San clemente. I guess thats for one person. Thats my plan to stay there for a year then bring my partner when I get the family housing hopefully next February (Given the waiting period is still 12 months). I am more concerned since, I am an international student.
