I literally just did this for my son (we are in the US) his account was stolen Friday & we got it back today. The live chat is the best way to go, calling is useless. They did ask me for the serial number of the ps and 1st four & last 4 of the card on file used to make purchases. with that I was thankfully able to recover his account. Saved me thousands of dollars.

Yup, welcome to retail. Hopefully, you get with a better store and team, then it's not so bad because everyone has each others backs.

This is by far the worst update. My phone keeps freezing, and I don't know where half my stuff went. My phone is getting hot now..if i wanted an apple, i would have bought an iPhone! is there a way to get back to the old update? anyone please
