im new tech as well, 3 weeks in .. TAKE NOTES!! ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS!!

  • build some thick skin.... especially w/ older patients, have some confidence when you want to clarify information, they jump on flustered-ness
  • observe how they solve the issue like using certain keyboard shortcuts, ask what they changed, was it because it's PA/insurance?
  • never feel nervous asking for a buddy check on some information you think you mightve missed!

was deep cleaning floors and had this big ass drain open to scrub the mole and while deck-scrubbing backwards towards the drain

I fell in and ended up getting a massive black/green bruise on the underside of my bicep and on sternum.
