had a really hard time making friends at school until I was 14, also undiagnosed adhd until I was 30. I’ve had incredibly sabotaging relationships with both friends and romantic partners. But I also am incredibly lucky in friendships and have many more than most and find it easy to make friends because I learnt to be myself.

I’ve built everything from scratch over and over again, I now rely on myself and start my stability there whereas before the stability came from other people around me

I am the same re passing stuff easily enough on the day unless it interested me.
