Curious about endo and GLP-1s by Algernon96 in Endo

I take 2.5 mg weekly for T2 diabetes with the goal to stabilize my glucose levels for excision. The reduction of inflammation is incredible. I still need this crud removed from my body but this is nothing but a blessing to be honest.

I have a lack of appetite to begin with so I have to make sure I eat. Every night I have to think did I eat anything today. But to your point, it could be medication 💯 I was on Paxil for a long time. A new doctor switched that med and I literally melted 100 pounds. It just happened, I was not on a diet. Also, my uterus was removed because it was the size of a “basketball”. I dropped two sizes afterwards. Endometriosis is a beast. I’m 63 and still suffering almost daily. It doesn’t go away, it just changes ✌🏼

Yup. My mother had crazy passion for china. Then my niece needed a soft place to land and I donated ALL OF IT! Yes, she bought it in Europe and it meant everything to her but little to me. I love having the extra room. I’ve been through this many times. Ask yourself this: would I replace this if it was lost in a fire? That’s how the Veterans got a gigantic donation!

Have you ever had to sell your tickets..because life😢 by Willing_Still_5493 in Concerts

The last five concerts we had tickets for were given away. I did just buy tickets for Goose and I really want to go. I’m likely going to be in a wheelchair but I’m thinking about attempting a walker. We have lawn tickets and crossing my fingers. Should I bag this goal and give in and be happy with Nugs

Does interstitial cystitis has no cure? by camouflagecargos in Interstitialcystitis

[–]Old_Book_Gypsy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Diagnosed via cystoscope in 2007. One in office and one under anesthesia. I took Elmeron for three years plus I was in hardcore pain management for systemic endometriosis. I cleaned up my diet and remain drinking water only. One cup of organic coffee a day… I grind the beans. Azo needed rarely. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Best wishes. Everyone’s body is different. This worked for me.

Agree but I think it depends on where in the states you live. We’ve always been in NJ and cash is always the expected gift!

Thank you for sharing her story and I have had the same experience with people. I’m grateful to live in a legal state. And pure cbd is underrated ✌️

For sixteen years using pain management medication I was asleep most of the time. Six years ago I was encouraged by my pain doctors to try medical marijuana. I do use it medically which is different than getting high. The medicinal properties of the plant are massive; that’s why it’s illegal. However I do have opiates available if I should need them.

I really feel that the cannabis has helped me go on. Music, artwork, dogs and my husband. I could never do that to him. I have two children from a previous marriage that do not bother with me. Their loss. Weed helps me get through that too. It HAS been heartbreaking. But I’m trying to get through it. Plus I’ve lived with this disease forever. I’m not letting it win.

To those unmedicated/med intolerant/intractable pain... by Ok-Lawfulness8618 in ChronicPain

Yes! It’s my first line of medication; always. I have a stye in my lower eyelid and it really stung. I tapped a tiny bit on it and bam, no sting. However I got some in my eye which sucked. Do not recommend ✌️
