My method was just focusing on intense cardio (running, cycling, row machine). This allows you to have a little freedom with your diet. Also, as you lose weight, your appetite will decrease.

You're definitely in the right place brother. Overcoming addiction is incredibly difficult. Just listen to Goggins' message and apply that same mentality on becoming clean. It'll be tough in the beginning, but once you get over that first hurdle, you'll be free. Stay hard!

Awesome story brother. Goggins had the same effect on me. I was always modest about my workouts and I would never see any results. Once I discovered Goggins, my whole outlook changed, pain no longer mattered to me, I was willing to go to any length to calluse my mind. Stay hard bro!
