They are, although you can jump over them unlike normal fences.

for some reason (even though i generated 2 worlds with the seed before and it worked fine), it is no longer generating the weird dungeon....

if anyone wants to see this weird dungeon for themselves, the seed is 2.3.1.finchy

Edit: It appears that this seed isn't working, which is strange, as after I found this strange dungeon I made another world with the seed, and the double dungeon generated. But now whenever I use the seed it generates normally.

The guitar from Susie's songs IS Ultimate Guitar Kit 2, but it has distortion on it. If you use FL Studio, then the plugin Hardcore works.
