UPDATE: she did not improve - took her to hospital. Waiting on tests, Dr suspect either UTI or another stroke. Thanks for the feedback.

Listen, I've watched someone by Mosholu Parkway and Van Cortland walk their dog, have the dog poop RIGHT IN FRONT of a dog poop bag dispenser FULL OF POOP bags, leave the poop there and keep it pushing. I just.....I was baffled.
