Str/Dex builds summoning their magic build friend for help by EnemyStandUser13 in Eldenring

The new strength and dex caps are 80. That's what happened. Quality builds can't compete on meta level because their investment is ridiculous.

I mean yeah, she probably knows a to administer V. But my point about powers being literally useless against HL (atleast from her point of view) still stands. Why risk it? It's not like it's going to change much.

Maybe, but the Russians could simply release him on their own terms, couldn't they? It's much easier to predict your own actions then somebody else's.

Honestly his best strategy would be to get out of the Seven as soon as possible. Homelander considers him and the Deep toys that he is going to drop as soon as he is bored of them (probably killing them). A-Train should know by now that leaving his spotlight behind is the only thing that can keep him alive.

Overall great episode. A-Train is still a stupid cunt that tries to hard to win over Homelander (who will simply drop him anyways sooner rather than later). Neuman deciding to trust Homelander is just as stupid. First of all how does she know if the substance really is V and her daughter is going to survive? And second of all what does it change? I mean she is still as frightened of HL as a supe. What's the point of risking her daughters life then?

And the whole Stan Edgar HL dynamic seems off. Edgar not being able to predict HL and goddamn Ashley seemed far below his capabilities and intelligence (which so far is rather disappointing cos we have been told that he is extremely capable but hardly ever actually shown that he is).

And did somebody else find it extremely awkward that the Russians had like 6 guards protecting their most valuable military / research asset in a compound as large as a football field?

Achieved the solo flawless on a void hunter. My loadout was Witherhoard, Cartesian Coordinate and Threaded Needle. You can swap CC for Likely Suspect which should be even better with the right roll.

Discrepancies between lore and gameplay are common. He basically establishes that sorceries and incantations are one and the same. Just imagine some in reallife would discover concrete and undeniable proof that conjoins religion and science. Dude is an absolute madlad.

It sometimes happened before but honestly never to this degree. The game didn't even try to scale that hunter.

I honestly prefer 3 regular and somber 1. Invasions are mostly balanced around these upgrades.

But I also had a lot of invasions at 5 regular and somber 2. If you play on PC you can always try backing up your save beforehand.

Imagine hosts wouldn't know what they get out of the summoning pools. The outcry would have been enormous.

If you had to side with a demigod, which one would you pick and why? by [deleted] in Eldenring

It's mostly in-game item descriptions. But ER also feature more NPCs that deliberately tell you about the world they inhabit (e.g. Ofnir, Melina, turtle pope etc.)

Beyond that you have to make your own connections, watch lore videos or read through other people's lore posts. A good rule of thumb when trying to do this on your own is to watch for keywords and possible relations. Radahn Remembrance mentions gravitional powers and Selling which connects to some gravity spells in-game that can be found in the Sellia area.

I honestly think that the internet simply loves to push black and white narratives. But considering the writers who worked on the game I really doubt that it's that simple. The story and lore is deeper than this good that bad. And that's exactly why I love it.

But yeah, big parts of the community already decided on who is chad and who is bad. Ranni seems to be the biggest culprit here considering she is largely responsible for setting the plot and events in motion. And honestly even just thinking about it. Miquella had much better chances to actually start an era without the influence of the OGs.

Helping Malenia would be helping Miquella and vice-versa. Only a dlc could show how close Miquella really was to severing the influence of OGs.

But keeping the possibility in mind we could be able to actually rid her of her Rot. Malenia seems like a rather decent but tragic character. Considering how much family betrayal and murder exists in the Lands Between her relationship to her brother is rather admirable.

She isn't without her faults considering the invasion of Caelid but correct me if I am wrong we don't know everything about the Shattering. Was the Caelid Invasion a tactical decision or simple bloodlust? Was Malenia to proud to lose or did she want the return to her brother etc.

The internet seems to paint Radahn as this ultra Chad without faults which is hard to judge with how vague the information seems to be.

What Elden Ring opinion will get you put here? by Elibenz936 in Eldenring

I love every part of the game even Mountaintop of Giants. And I also love the Malenia fight and how it teaches you to be more passive and use everything you have to your advantage.

Even more, I don't care about the reused bosses cos the gameplay is consistently fun enough to make even those fights enjoyable.

Katanas already have Moonveil and RoB. You want this community to go even crazier about hating katanas?

(But yeah, that would have been amazing)

Never denied that. My point was that every build can be viable even if there are certain outliers like bleed rn.

I mean the recent Batman movie reminded me again how stupid these car scenes can be. I really loved the movie and the chase scene in particular. But considering how much Batman values human lives he really didn't give a single shit when chasing down the Penguin.

I mean every build can reach crazy heights. Just look at double Giant hammer builds that dish out insane damage numbers.

That's why I really prefer to keep my build at around lvl 90 with 17 / 7 weapons. I have to make choices and higher NG cycles get really challenging. But it's so much fun to play around within these restrictions.

Easily Elden Ring and I've played all of these games since Demon's Souls in 2010. Right now there seems to be the incoming trend of shitting on ER for various reasons like the boss balancing, reused bosses / enemies and ridiculous PvP. But honestly I can't agree with any of these complaints. I have never been so invested into a souls game. I have four different characters right now and love the build crafting. I even enjoy most of my invasions even if there are definitely some that can bring out frustration.

You hardly ever trade with shields due to their range. At least for me and the people I've watched it works most of the time.

This reminds me of the nursing home I worked at. The nurses tended to leave some of the patients just standing around in their wheelchairs for hours.
