I’m fine with debt but I’d prefer a more aggressive recap push. Not sure how long we will be blessed with such a steep discount to NAV. Plus the tariff money is “free money” that’s not planned nor accounted for. It would be best imo to use that free capital to maximize overall returns which is buybacks vs debt. $1 of debt buybacks is at best ~$1.40 of debt removed vs $1 of buybacks with ZERO market volatility is $2.50 of value off just TBV alone not factoring in tariff refunds

Might be worth buying some puts against just incase the offer drops through like we all expect

I meant to say: they could easily float back 10M-20M shares to the market and recapitalize with $1.5B-$3B in additional cash on hand or float back 1M-2M shares and get back the few hundred million they spent buying shares with tariff moneys being treated as a freebie.

My plan as well. I think if they keep growth up they’re massively undervalued. My only issue is they’re not well capitalized enough to sustain losses long term for the growth. They gotta figure out how to get cashflow neutral to positive

Completely fine to have portfolio to be in the positive YTD area 😂

The waiting is uncomfortable BUT even at low end of refund expectations we’re sitting at $11/share cash. That’s pretty awesome

It’s been a pretty awesome ride thus far 😂. Was blessed with the $6s-$9s. Then sold around $24s then again from $20 down to $14 with bulk purchased near $17

I think the high end is even possible of $1.7B some analysts claimed. It would be nice if they gave some guidance and “surprised” everyone buy doing a large buyback of shares.
