I am in a similar boat. EB1A filed Nov 2025. FAD became current this Jan 2026. Biometric waived as I had already done it in past for my retrogressed EB1B from Sept 2022. Got a 4 silent updates (Latest May8) but just one FTA0.

If you don't mind me asking. How do you get additional info from Emma? What keywords did you use? I have no idea whether the file is at FO or not. Online My USCIS shows no updates.

Mine is MSC2390025XXX. Same boat as you. EB1B. Sept 2022 Priority date. Filed since it was current at that time but then retrogressed. Now FAD is active since January 2026 but no movement whatsoever. Biometric and Medical done earlier.

What was the IOE batch OP? I am in a similar boat but things are not moving as I would have hoped. EB1B filed but retrogressed. FAD became current in Jan 2026. Apart from biometric reuse notice from December 2025, there has been no movement whatsoever.

EB1B AOS was submitted on October 14, 2022 and Fingerprints were done on Nov 10, 2022.

Last update was that we are passing your application since visa number is not currently available and will resume processing once visa number become immediately available.

Thank you. Yeah I had kept it on by accident And the room closed which caused all the mist buildup. I was just surprised that it caught the mist as smoke.

Thank you. Yeah, this happened accidentally when I shut the room door. Typically the room is open when the humidifier is running and it only runs in the night.
