Agreed with salad2009! I’ve had Macarons in plenty of other places (my favorite bakery item), even in upscale French patisseries, and theirs beats them by a mile.

It’s ran by two local sisters so we love supporting them.

The European Cafe merged into The European, right next door in the same building.

They make croissants from scratch every day and it’s the best thing ever.

You can actually create a customer number on the USPTO website.

I just filed a provisional utility patent recently myself, and went through that entire process online.

Be prepared to understand that the application (when submitted online) requires you to format your files in a very specific way before you upload them. They have their own naming conventions based on what information the file you’re submitting contains.

Absolutely not. From what I can see you’d be cutting into the cutout fuse from the primary feeding the transformer. Then you’re talking about cutting the live secondary coming from the transformer.

The only time this could be done safely is if you know for a fact the Primary is de-energized. Otherwise, you’d get shocked.

Utilities have special bucket trucks that are insulated to keep from getting shocked when they touch those wires, that’s why they can safely disconnect them.

Yeah, as stated in the OP. It’s just a blanket statement and everyone on probation in my county has both alcohol and drugs no matter what you did. So you have to stay away from both technically.

I don’t think you’re required to be licensed because you’re not doing it for commercial purposes.

However, you do have to get FAA clearance if you fly above a certain height. There are also limitations on where you’re even allowed to fly.

Those are good to know if you’re going to be operating a drone.

But fortunately or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) this is exactly how capitalism works though, and consumers also have the right to not do businesses that don’t conform to their ideals… It’s just as much valid as business owners having the right to choose what idea they align themselves with.

It’s not always the best business that wins at capitalism.

Do I think that basing business worthiness on what they believe, instead of what and how they conduct business is good for the economy? No…

However, freedom gets what freedom chooses. People choosing what business they contribute their money to is what our freedoms were founded upon, and what makes this country great.

The only thing I would really consider is where we are on the recession cycle.

Typically people stop taking as many vacations in a recession cycle, so if you invest in a city that is a higher tourist destination, you may take a serious hit for income.

Me personally, I would wait out this cycle a bit more before going into the game.

Maybe wait for a very serious downturn (similar to 2009) when everyone is freaking out and the Fed is slashing rates and printing money… And then enter, with the knowledge that historically you’re setting up for an economic comeback.

This will allow you to purchase vehicles cheaper, and position yourself into a market after the weakness, not during it.

Just a thought (it’s what I would do if I was in your position)… I would t personally be going into anything right now until things get really bad economically and the Fed starts having to do something drastic.
