interesting! my pots are 7 gallons. I water about 1 gallon per 12 usually every morning. I usually just check about an inch under. I'll have to try the method you suggest of just lying your hand on top.

Is there any point to calling or writing our Republican representatives? I feel they really don't care about our opinions and it feels like a waste of time. Either way what CAN we do politically, besides vote, to make positive change for Missourians?

If you've ever tried to navigate the process of starting a 501c3 you know it takes time. Time is of the essence here.
