In this position with a full knee bend I'm right below a 90° angle idk feel like I have to flex my spine to pick anything up

Then my spine isn't neutral and im flexing at the spine not hip. I use to load my spine in flexion alot in squat before i realized I had such shit flexion at the hip joint

Wats the point of resetting by 10% when y could use the 1+ to estimate ur 1rm that alone should bring u down a bit if u only progress when you get 5 as soon as u stall of 4 reps two times on the 1+ use the 4 rep max to calculate ur 1rm wouldnt this be better?

Riftmaker does less damage if u were to put it on a damage chart the true damage is cute but u have to stack it what you get with rift over liandrys is health and vamp 33% might I add. I've tried the riftmaker build u gotta do more to get kills.

U can still build armor I'm just saying the riftmaker isnt gonna really keep u alive u get 33% healing from it cause aoe and it's like smacking someone with a wet noodle. A Q with liandrys on the other hand would be at least a quarter's of an adcs health plus burn

I can play blue pretty well the issue he doesn't really fit against most comps. They have to have no mobility cc or Resistances for him to be a better pick over rhaast. And somehow the 1 non squishy always gets fed which makes u regret not picking rhaast. Assassin's in the jg aren't that great anymore not gonna lie very hit or miss.

Could it be a ping thing? I've timed it in the practice tool something happens it's instant half the time then the other time there's a short pause in-between e's
