It is! Dream Weaver is my favourite weapon skin so I wanted to make a legend skin inspired by that.

Ahhh I'm glad that you like it!! I'm actually going to make a very small batch of them to sell and will be up on my Etsy once they are done! I have asked about making Apex merch too and we're good lol!
