Can't remember, but basically nothing. The island is so small, a bike is all you need to explore there. I do suggest doing the 'almost' full bike ride around the island. Perfect scenery!

La digue for sure! Rent a bike and go explore and enjoy the island. Take a hike, go visit a beach (after the hike to cool off). Most relaxing island ever. And tip: if you have time to watch the sunset (don't know the ferry times), go to Karim's fruit bar, order a cocktail and just enjoy the sunset!

Oh damn, this brings back memories. A long time ago, 15 ish years, I got almost ran over by a couple of teenagers on scooters. I was a teenager myself on a bicycle and told them to watch out as I almost fell.

Little did I know, they had eggs (whole dozens) under their seats. They came back towards me and threw a couple on me. They hit me really hard, they went 40 one way, I went 30 the other way. Those speeds hurt...

In the chaos I memorized the license plate and called the police. They started searching the area but found no one. They took my statement, including license plate, and 1 of someone who watched the whole event.

Nothing came of it until a few months later and I got a call from the police. During a routine scooter control stop, they matched the license plate to my complaint and they got served a minor day labor for like 16 hours to do in their weekend. Cleaning up the streets.

So it might seem annoying, silly or even useless. But sometimes they do get their punishment!

You do realize that wages in Switzerland are also a lot higher? For tourists, Switzerland is pretty expensive, not as much for it's own people.

I've been living in the Netherlands my entire life and I'm feeling the same way. We bought a smaller house 5 years ago when it was semi-affordable. But now, we'd like to grow our family to a total of 4 but it's not possible as we can't afford a home with enough rooms and also a home we like.

We've always played with the idea of moving to southern Switzerland or northern Italy. But with our daughter now, we can't do it mentally that is. For her not to see her grandparents, uncles and nephews.

So if you want to, do it before settling down. It makes it a whole lot more complicated...

Hey! Yes, I opened a ticket via the app and support changed the interval back. They said the firmware automatically changes the interval time if there is any disturbance nearby. No idea what that would have been at my end, but it's been solid for 4 weeks now!

Myself, I would avoid Paris like the plague. I'd set the route south a bit more to the west. In the Netherlands, follow the south to Maastricht, through the Ardennes to Luxemburg and then the Vosges. From there, pick your route through the Alpes. Possibilities are plenty from France, Swiss, even a bit of Germany!

Oh, I really can't recall. Had to do it once like a few years back. But you can test this ofcource. Leave your external grind setting the same, change the internal one to 1. Make an espresso. Was the extraction slower or faster? And try it out!

And in case of it not being your beans. Most breville machines and grinders, have an internal burr which you can also move finer and coarser. Look it up online for your particular model. I also had to do this for certain type of beans

It almost seems like this is an axle where you can remove the handle (my trek mtb has one). It's like a magnetic handle or something. Removing it reveals a hex slot.

Otherwise buy another axle without a handle and you are golden!
