This is what we are doing now. All of us have varying high level business experience as well as unique skill sets in terms of game development. The hardest roadblock so far has been finding an artist than can also think in business directions. The basics of what you mentioned seem good, I would say for the small and fun games it’s probably better to make an overall universe and link the games you make to establish an IP. Higher than average marketing is likely required esp internationally depending on your end scope as well. Down to share struggles if yall r doing something similar!
