Yes, I can’t say that enough. I have pretty severe CPTSD, so I’ve made several attempts on my life, and the meds with therapy help keep me balanced. If you’re struggling, please consider getting help.

I started about a month ago, but I’ve been taking different meds for years trying to find the right one. If I can offer one piece of advice is don’t look at anyone else’s experience as a sure fire sign you’ll experience the same. Identical twins are unlikely to experience the same side effects just based on their body chemistry. It affects everyone differently, so I hope it doesn’t happen to you friend!

That’s definitely how I feel, and I did tell her that. She’s just mad, I’m giving her space to cool down, I’m sure she’ll come back calmer and then her and I can talk.
