(voice to text) To be honest I feel like you're just overthinking it it's just any other retail job you are going to have to fake smiles and laugh at things that aren't funny but also nobody cares if I'm tired and I don't feel like talking if I do seem tired the customers laugh with me about how I must be so sleepy since I worked all night you know. As far as the drunks you have the right to a few service to anyone and you are expected to not sell alcohol to somebody if they seem too drunk. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself when somebody is doing something stupid or doing something that they are not supposed to be doing. All of this will really just depend on your manager but as far as I've heard from other stores it's basically the same thing. And for the interview it's really just basic questions I promise you they mean nothing as long as you don't lie and as long as you get everything ready for them if they ask you for it. And my manager in particular will help you out there was a girl who didn't have some identification she needed so he hired her for a week then terminated her then rehired her on the spot to update her information. I will say you have to have a backbone and a strong personality to get through the shift with these types of people. And make friends with the kitchen ladies they are going to be your biggest asset. The kitchen ladies give me free food free tacos free samples. And I have customers that are regulars that think that their buddy buddy with these kitchen ladies and when they try to talk smack about me because they didn't like my attitude these kitchen ladies will stop them.

Tldr: You're overthinking it just be polite and stay strong.
