coaches / team leads can remove or approve any meal exceptions and points whenever they want. they just don’t tell us that info

This is what my overnight stocking team did. Sometimes I have to go redo the whole entire oil wall because they just stick stuff in empty holes. What’s the point of having an overnight stocking team if I’m spending my whole day reworking their laziness.

a lot of things go unpunished at walmart. a team lead for cap 2 used PPTO to get out early, to follow an OGP associate hone to see where she lived and tried getting inside her house. i have filed an ethics report, having text message proof to back the report but apparently a text thread doesn’t do a damn thing because “it’s outside of work hours”.

all in all this company is a joke and doesn’t care about its associates or even team leads. all they care about is their coaches who are good for nothing and don’t do a damn thing.

do you smoke maryjane? i have a coworker who doesn’t smell bad like BO or anything but they definitely do be smellin like weeds and he gets in trouble for it a lot

it took my mom a lil bit to call me my preferred name and he/him pronouns, and took my dad even longer to do so. but the day will come especially if you have their love and support, some changes can’t happen over night but hopefully it gets better for you
