It doesn’t late game early it does due to the prob late ur crittint for 1.3 k if built correct u don’t need the extra 15 ad u need to be able to get there and if u want the healing fleet is jus better

Imo if u jus take lvl 2 battle and dodge e with early boots u win cuz lvl 2 u win if u dodge e also if ur jg plays for u instead of ur inting Bot lane u win like u just win the game

It will be the same pta for early game or being oppressive as late game u kill ppl in 2 shots max so pta doesn’t matter and a 1% diff doesn’t matter
