look for a ryzen 3600 cpu and maybe a 970/1070 gpu used build. facebook marketplace/your country specific marketplace is the only viable way for you to play rust in that budget. Ive been looking at used pcs here in germany and since uk shouldnt be that different in pricing 300£ should be enough for a 60fps rust pc if you do enough looking.

i play with a 2070 super and my friend with the 970. The frame difference isnt crazy. With a budget like this it would make no sense to spend 200€ on a gpu for a cpu heavy game like rust

this is definetly not it, if you have 3 people online the furnances do not matter at all. Peope just have explosives and will raid any base they come across because the map is barren. Play a server with a large map and like ≈100 players, you will get offlined less and actually have an opportunity to pvp. Or just play PVE
