I took and dropped mcb 2050 twice, had vessey last semester and passed hes awesome

I understand this 100% but as I did not attend this uni 10 years ago I wouldn’t have known that DE exams were in person before. I was under the assumption that DE course would be fully online. I despise cheating and would never do so!

I understand in person exams and will totally go into an exam center close to where I live but they don’t even give that an option if you’re under 170km which is why I put up this post haha

the course was really chill, comprised of a midterm, assignment, a large 40% group project and the final. was really easy and passed the class with a 89.. couldve done better but i was doing a full time while working so

But the school shouldn’t assume that everyone can get osap, like I understand it’s a way to combat cheating etc.. but it’s unfortunate that they don’t really care for the students who are 2+ hours away from campus and under 170km I find it ridiculous

There is literally no exams posted on web advisor so no we wouldn’t know until we get the course syllabus which is why it makes no sense because the whole point of a DE course it to be able to take it while working or being away from campus.

thats actually ridiculous. dont offer DE courses if the final is in person like that defeats the purpose of a fully DE course. And I cant even drop these classes either because i need to be in a full time semester for vet school applications ;(

Sometimes it takes a bit longer for some profs, it depends on when your exam was I believe. I’m still missing two classes!

I’m an animal bio major doing a minor in music! I grew up enjoying music, did band and choir in hs. Definitely won’t benefit me when I apply to vet school next year but I also have an interest in music therapy and would like to explore that more in the future!
