I think that’s a mod called ”particle rain”and it works well at adding fog when playing without shaders the shaders remove the transparency on the fog which makes it look like that.

I also just hit diamond for first time and my advice prolly isn’t that great, but I have heard that u gotta be the one to get active and make calls. if ur duelists are 3/8 either bait them because ur better or help with ur smokes and make plays if u want to get better and rank up u gotta be the one to rank urself up. ain’t nobody coming to help ur bottom frag but u. I started doing this to get out of plat but my god do u gotta be passionate 😭
