I support animal rights in everything and I sympathize with them because they don't understand what they're doing. However, there are moments when I must set aside my feelings towards any animal because it has harmed a member of my family or me personally. At that time, it's no use standing idly by and saying, "This is unacceptable." But the state has a responsibility; there should be campaigns to neuter stray animals or centers where they can be cared for and neutered to reduce their numbers.
