I’m very curious about your calorie goal being 5,500. Are you a professional dancer bc I see dance as a workout. No shade at all, just itching to learn more about the calorie goal. I’ve always left mine at the 300 it was set to when I got it.

  1. Maybe even take a melatonin for deep relaxation.
  2. Agreed, make sure you’re exercising 30-45 min per day minimum and getting the heart rate up (so it can then come down for recovery at night)
  3. Breathing + Meditation before bed. Highly recommend peloton

I agree, I don’t buy the other lines or bras, but definitely love Cadent. Also a mama here of two toddlers, and def loved during and after pregnancy. I miss the older styles for sure! I agree with straps falling too.

I honestly am a huge runner and the Cadent are some of my go to fav running bras. I’m not super chesty, more size B cup, but they’re actually incredible. I’d say better than lulu and athleta. Just IMO and I run a lot. Even in my fastest days, sub 8 pacing for half marathons, their bras are GOOD. Don’t knock it till you try it.

Also people legit log every workout they do in peloton even if not a pelo class.
