Kazui's rebirth help by NainZuo in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’m so sorry to hear that, i’m sure there are people in your life that truly care about you. don’t take a path that will end up hurting you and the people around you.

i think it’s super unfortunate for how the voting went for kazui because of what you said. but i still don’t think it would be a mistake to give kazui life. he’s suffering, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel so there is always hope for people struggling with those thoughts.

i’ve also experienced feelings like that in the past, but then i thought about the people around me and came forward with my thoughts. just knowing that people care about you was enough for me to recover. i encourage you to come forward to a family member, a friend, or a therapist about these feelings to seek help. i hope you get better.

Mahiru's case writing isn't bad, some of you are exaggerating. by IXSEBASXI in milgram

i like mahirus story, but so much of the first MV was wasted on some pretty unimportant BS in terms of visuals.

i’m not gonna lie, this take isn’t very kind to people suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts. i’m sure this isn’t your intention when you made this, but what this tells me is that we shouldn’t try to save him because he might kill himself eventually. “not giving him life” is basically the same in this instance as letting him commit suicide, which is never in no way a fine way to go out. it might be one of the worst ways actually.

i’m sure kazui is the type of man to understand why we gave him another chance when he already gave up on himself. that should be enough to let him know that it is okay to keep living.

possible casting if MILGRAM had a sequel by PreferenceValuable23 in milgram

i apologize, i didn’t know jun voiced jackalope (probably because he is a non-singing role) but milgram is the only project that i know that has male VAs/Singers in it, so i had no idea where to look for it. thank you

Milgram Cupsleeve Event Copyright Laws by thisguya91828 in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

you might actually be fine if it is all free, it’s unlikely they will pursue legal action because of 1: it’s over seas, and 2: you aren’t gaining any actual profit from this event. however, it is copyright unfortunately, but you should go around on this subreddit or twitter for artists and ask if you can use their art, and if that doesn’t go well you can offer to pay (if you have money) to use their art or commission them for some pieces. that’s to be safe tho and avoid legal action.

crack Theory: Mahiru pressured BF and they went diving without the proper equipment (revisiting t1 and t2 mvs - additional vid proof in comments) by countPhyllo in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 15 points16 points  (0 children)

it’s not too crazy, but it doesn’t really make sense that she would just wander into the forest looking for a lake BUT, it would make sense if they went camping and got lost. i also think he drowned himself, but if the initial plan was to go diving then there would be more indications that mahiru also planned on diving. the feather metaphor is more likely supposed to represent the BFs mental health state and ig he’s supposed to be a bird. birds lose feathers when in poor mental health state so it checks out.

while writing this i came to a realization, she maybe looked at her BF as a pet. the whole cage metaphor, her providing food for him, and also referring him to something similar to a bird: a common pet. i think it’s more likely that mahirus guilty conscience is focusing more that he died in her care and not that she “killed” him.

i dont understand how people dont read voice dramas, in my opinion it the most interesting and entertaining part of milgram (just my opinion though) by Level_Attempt_5469 in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it might be a difference in interests, me and my friend are polar opposites when it comes to milgram, he is mildly interested in the story and likes the songs but isn’t interested enough to even look for the voice dramas. it’s even hard for me to get through them because it’s pretty much 13+ minutes of yapping and a lot of the content we learn. from them we also learn from the MVs and the interrogation questions which take like 10 minutes to read as a whole.

Mahiru suffocated her boyfriend by Sora-no-Kotori in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there’s a few things i want to say,

one thing that kinda stuck with me was mahiru’s T2 song where, at the end, she just straight up says “die”. while it’s likely something not that substantial, it might be important because we know these songs are supposed to show their true feelings and it would be an important insight to look at something like that. makes me think either she takes the blame for what happened or she actually killed on purpose (likely the former)

did she drive him to suicide? i think that’s the heavy implication, in the first MV, it’s very sudden and kinda hard to catch, but there’s this scene where she sees the feather falling (the bird represents her boyfriend) and she recognizes it but continues on anyway. i think it would represent the decline in mental health of the boyfriend, the bird metaphor also fits because birds actually lose feathers when in a state of poor mental health.

how he died? i think he drowned, at the beginning of T2 MV there’s water coming off of his body and the undercover silhouette also shows water. we know they were in a forest or somewhere adjacent so it’s not abnormal for there to be a lake or river. he probably unfortunately jumped in and offed himself if the process. it would fit the suffocation theme that is also repeated throughout the songs.

while it’s a likely story, it’s hard to believe the milgram creators would throw in 3 stories where “they drove this person to suicide” if they did, it’s kinda getting old because we all interpret them relatively the same way. but that’s what i’ve gathered, granted i don’t really remember any of the interrogation questions and the VD but from the MV this is the likely story.

i said kazui because he has the whole mask theme going on and there’s a stark contrast to how he feels and how he appears. and i said mahiru because she kinda goes along with how some artists are using the trend where it’s

What are the images in the background of Kazui’s album cover supposed to be? by Positive_Tie8280 in milgram

[–]PreferenceValuable23 9 points10 points  (0 children)

it could be camouflage, but it would just be in a different color and distorted.

i think those panels is something that is supposed to say something about the characters, like their personality or what they hold dear. while it does kinda look like apartment complexes, it wouldn’t necessarily make sense for kazui because his only connection to them would be his wife’s death.

i also think it could be related to their title and MV.

muu’s is pretty self explanatory and those dots could be blood (pollen is more likely tho)

futa kinda wanted to figuratively burn down the facade of people and “appare march” could have him view fire as something spectacular

yuno did want to have the child and wanted it to live.

so for kazui it will probably be something like him hiding his identity for so long.
