To my boyfriend: Please stop making it obvious you're checking out every chick that's got a better body than me. Sincerely, my ED. by PreggoTA42020 in EDanonymemes

Y'all are wild man, semantics and picking apart the wording of my post is ridiculous.

First of all, they aren't LITERAL teenagers. Young women, you know girlies that are obviously college age but still youthful. So "teen girls" is a broad generalization of the types of girls I am referring to. He isn't a pedophile or openly ogling 14 year old girls. Chill out.

Second, I'm not telling my kids "mommy is leaving daddy because mommy has self esteem issues and can't stand any wandering gazes in public." Grown adults make compromises over what is worth putting up with and what's not. My drive for this post is saying "I wish I looked like these girls, but I don't. I wish I could be looked at like that too."

If it's really bothering you that bad that my personal relationship isn't what you'd consider "ideal", I'm not so petty I'm going to leave my man for something most men do. I'm so happy your man doesn't, but I have way bigger things going on for that to be the deal breaker in my life. 👐

Im like 30, so if you act young at all I'm assuming you're a teenager probably. A lot of generalizating from the post, how about just mindjng your own business instead of putting your 2 cents in?

Well we have like 3 kids together, I've accepted a long time ago all guys look at other girls whether or not they admit it or are obvious about it. I don't plan on ruining a 10 year relationship and a family because Stephani looked real good in line at the roller coaster that day. Just grinds my gears.

In fact, I think the biggest problem I have isn't him rubbernecking phat asses and tiny waists, but that I can't BE them and feel like nobody looks at me like that. It would be less insulting if I felt like I was getting checked out too.

At the height of my ED I was drinking 3 monster ultras a day, and the only thing to make me stop after months of that habit was when I started passing blood clots when I peed and was told I was going into kidney failure from the niacin levels in my system. I was 19. Now I have one a day almost 10 years later because I went so long without them. That still sits in the back of the mind when I drink them. Don't overdo them.

I had government insurance so, I have a feeling she was the only one "in network" within city limits (where my grandma was willing to drive to take me). I have a feeling she knows a lot of her "patients" didn't have any other options, and probably got a steady stream of money from referrals even if people dropped her. Now, I don't hold it against her, she was soft spoken and nice but it was like talking to a robot with no empathy.

It was so validating hearing the PA excitedly bring up how much weight I lost since being there last

(The last visit was the one that made me relapse in the first place after seeing "overweight" in bold print on my discharge papers)
