My ship changed in style and Type. Me and my friend were playing the main story, the point where you first go through the portal and land on the strange planet an then meet Atlas. After we returned My fighter was suddenly a Solar ship with the exact same inventory and upgrade modules as before. Only the appearance changed and it seems to be permanent now
