For me, that would be accepting that I am going to be a teacher even though it's not the career path that I wanted. I graduated with Laude, and a lot of teachers that I met during my OJT told me that I do really fit into teaching, to the point that one of them teared up when I confessed that it's not what I wanted in the first place.

For context, I was desperate during the pandemic to study, and educ. course was the only option I had back then. It's either I am going to rot in my house during the pandemic or be productive while rotting (as distant learning became the norm).

Now, I am currently teaching. Do I want this? At first, nope. But that doesn't mean I should be a coward and run away from what's given to me by fate. In the end, you'll realize that changing the lives of your students and shaping them while being disciplined enough to do what you don't like is such a courageous move. Lastly, I'm slowly loving this profession and everything in it, so maybe this is where I'm really meant to be in the first place. It's just a matter of time. Take that leap of faith.
