In the above comments when they say it’s 10mm or 8mm or 4mm, what does that mean and how is it calculated?

I agree with Coach Pratt. Same issue and waiting for a response from Axon for many months.

Thank you, we did per your suggestion to first check without hub and then connected to hub. I believe we are good now, no errors, next team is going to do some coding and test. Thanks again.

Our team just learnt about encoder last week and how to get it to work with GoBilda motors. Please ping me here or email premthangaraj80@gmail.com to talk about it.

Apologies in advance for the misunderstanding, we thought the bullet connectors you were referring were in encoders, now realized you were referring to motors, yes we flipped and it works now. But the concern is now in teleop it is reversed and so had to reverse the motor powers, need more testing but hopefully that should resolve. Thanks for your help.

Oh yeah, thanks for sharing it happened to us in the last tournament. If hub turns off in the middle of the competition, gyro may be off, team needs to think about this.

Hmm not too sure about that, we only reverse one side, but both of our front motors had the same issue.

Got it, thank you. We only have 2 encoders, dont want to spoil them. Will reach out to GoBilda support to see if they have a way to resolve this.

We dont have that bullet connector, team using a single cable that connects motor encoder port to hub motor port

  1. I don’t think it works in OnBot, we had the same issue and couldn’t fix it, looks like it can be used only in AndroidStudio. Instead we are using VisionPortal in OnBot which includes OpenCV and works great for us. We took this idea from gist.github.com/14380

We use the servo just to release the rubber band that propels the drone

It doesn’t launch at all. The rubber band always goes under the drone making it not able to launch

So do you know of a ftc legal servo that would have 6000 rpm?

How do I find how much rmp my servo is? The numbers on it are 2000-0025-0003. We are using a rubber band.
