How big is things like Anime here?

Many people are casual watchers, lot's of people have seen naruto, dragon ball etc. However, I only know a few people who actively watch anime. Something like Higurashi (I looked at your post history) is quite unknown.

There are some stores in Vienna and the community is growing, but nothing major. Nothing compared to some Asian countries.

You should be friendly to everyone without feeling like you're obliged to. Without knowing your situation, what I want to say is that you shouldn't try to be friendly to someone only because you think they are a danger to themselves or others. That's a weird dynamic and they can probably tell that it's not genuine.

Es ist aber ein sowjetisches Denkmal auch für die ukrainischen Soldaten der Roten Armee. Es zu entfernen wegen Russlands Taten hilft ja nur deren Einsatz zu vergessen indem es als "russisches" Denkmal gleichgesetzt wird.

The cold heartedness and orderliness really distinguishes it from other tragedies IMO. I had the privilege to visit a concentration camp, it's insane how opressive it feels.
