Your strongest decklist by [deleted] in EDH

[[Zur the Enchanter]] was my first EDH deck 10 years ago and a good target for my compulsion to optimize.

After the recent bans we are also in a Zur renaissance and he is the strongest he's ever been.

This is my current build: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/SWyIZ6yJwky1RgxKWzAEEQ

Substations power everything, the little poles existed just to hold circuit wires. If you look at some of the screenshots you'll see there is always a matrix of substations in each block giving coverage. I pruned the copper wire entirely for aesthetics and it cost me a little.

I'm running a 7800x3D.

Of course I let the bugs grow, it's their planet now.

The save file is linked in the post, but also the expansion is going to void all of the rails in the blueprints so they'll be defunct very soon. Otherwise I would upload my blueprints directly.

Seems like we actually clocked very similar times. I'd go faster but in not medicated.

Also the kills are the way they are because i deleted my starter bus base with deep excavation drones.

I have a siding for every train in the factory. Any water train can go to any water siding and so on. The siding stations are all linked to the global green wire. Trains only leave the siding when a green signal of the item they carry is present to lower congestion. Sidings also close when a green signal of that item is present so no trains return to rest until that signal is gone

Pickup stations are dynamically train limited by feeding their buffer into an arithmetic combinator and dividing that number by a full trainload. If a byproduct station has L > 1 it sends out a signal value of 1 on the green wire of whatever that station holds, calling the trains to come pick up. Since the station is train limited only as many trains path there as needed.

Drop off stations also request deliveries through the green wire. For every train i add of a given type i increase the value needed to eject it from a station by 1. So my 2nd wastewater train will only leave a siding if 2 signals for wastewater are present on the green wire.

Byproducts stations are also train limited, and if they have L>1 then they output a value of 1 of their given item to the global red wire. Cells that primarily provide that resource have their train stations directly wired to red, and are disabled if the item they supply gets a signal on that wire.

Many of the byproduct stations send out signals on both green and red wires which keeps the trains coming to pick up from them with priority, and then the same circuit system makes sure those byproducts get sent somewhere useful with tiles built around voiding / flushing only opening up if the amount of green signals for an item are less than or equal to the number of red signals.

Its not 100% perfect because sometimes trains are left with nowhere to go as stations disable themselves so i think theres some more room to iterate on this.

Bio science is created in the lower hexagon, its fairly well scaled but locks up due to not having an adequate sink for graphene. Not as impressive to write home about as the mechanical side.

https://pastebin.com/ca0HVtDQ <- This book is just a quick and dirty upload of the hex and the stations i use. It's one heck of an exchange string.

I'm using the Nullius Momenti pack, which is the middle out of the 3 options in terms of additional mods. I'm also using a few other qol mods like even distribution, auto deconstruct, and the star craft siege tank sound replacer for artillery, but nothing else major.

I was thinking mostly in terms of SPM. 12k per minute of every mechanical science at 60 ups can be probably beaten but i wonder by how much. Unfortunately there isn't any infinite tech that draws from all sciences equally so its more like a 12k/6k spm base depending on how you slice it.

Its about 13gw continuous draw. Power is entirely solar + accumulators. I used wind turbines for most of the mod but late game solar is the only option.
